When you join the early access waitlist, we collect:
We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.
We collect your email solely to send you updates about Theos — including early access invitations and product news. The faith journey response is used only to understand our early audience and inform product decisions. We will never use it to profile, target, or segment you for advertising.
Legal basis (GDPR): Consent. By submitting your email, you are consenting to receive communications from Theos by Twelve. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a hosted database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually bound to protect your information. We do not store your data on any other systems at this stage.
We retain waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, or until two years after your signup date if you have had no further interaction with Theos. When the full app launches and you create an account, your waitlist record will be merged into your account and governed by the updated privacy policy at that time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the waitlist:

This site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or any third-party tracking technology. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tools. The only external requests made by this page are to Google Fonts (for typography) and Supabase (when you submit the form).

If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have not handled your data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
This waitlist is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted their information, please contact us at kat@hitheo.io and we will delete it promptly.
We will update this policy when the full Theos app launches, and at any point when our data practices change materially. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes by email before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
